Guns

  • Legislation

Fully-automatic firearms are legal in most states in the United States but have requirements for registration and restriction under federal law. The National Firearms Action of 1934 required leave of the local bobby chief http://www.gunslot.com and the fee of a $200 tax for initial registration and for each transfer. The Handgun Government Execution of 1968 prohibited imports of all "nonsporting" firearms and created several modish categories of restricted firearms. The undertaking also prohibited further registry of most by hand firearms. The Firearm Owners Protection Execution of 1986 imposed restrictions on some semiautomatic weapons and banned manufacture of mechanism guns in the United States (except for executive purposes).
